Perform The Baby Freeze Relocate Break Dancing

Do the Baby Freeze Move in Break Dancing

Break dancing incorporates intricate movement along with the ability to express one's own style through dance. It was a craze that swept the nation a couple of decades ago. Some believe that break dancing has made a comeback.

Instructions

1. Begin the move in a squatted position perched on the ball of your feet.

2. Place both hands on the ground to side. The hands are the base for the baby freeze move, so be sure the hands are in position to support a majority of your bodyweight. To maintain your balance, do not reach out too far away from the body.

3. Position the elbow at the front of the body firmly against the knee. Make a crook in the elbow in order to provide a base on which the weight of the legs can be supported. The weight of the lower body will rest on the upper arm in the baby freeze break dancing move.

4. Lean the body to the side while using the arm to support the majority of the body's weight. Continue to lean forward until the side of the face is touching the dance floor.

5. Lift the feet off the ground as the weight shifts to the side. Remember to keep the arms as close to the body as possible. The legs are now suspended off the ground as the head and arms are supporting the weight of the break dancing move.

6. Hold this position for a few seconds or as long as necessary. Push up with the hands to rise to a standing position again and transition into the next break dancing move.
