Many programs are out there that make it possible to publish your calendars to the web. This is a fun way to keep your family and friends apprised of your busy schedule! This article will only be discussing Yahoo!Calendar® and Outlook 2007®.

Instructions for Yahoo! Calendar
8. You will need to have a Yahoo! ID and email account. Click on the calendar tab in your email. You can choose to view by day, week, month, year, events or tasks formats. To quick add an event, fill in the information under the calendar. Too add an event or task, you can click on the options on the upper left hand corner.
9. Under "add a task": Choose your time zone, title, date, priority, status and sharing )public or private) and any notes you may want to jot down.
10. Under "Add an Event" you choose: time zone, title, type of event, date, time, location, note & sharing (private, busy or public). There are also options for end date and repeating if necessary. You are able to enter email addresses of those you wish to share your published calendar with, if you want to remind anyone and address and phone number are optional.
11. By clicking on "Sharing" in the upper right hand corner of the screen you have a choice of five different ways to share your published calendar and what the default on events should be to share them. Listed here, also, is the URL to hand out so people can locate your calendar online.
12. The "Options" in the upper right hand corner of your calendar screen allows for you to personalize your calendar, manage your calendars preferences and sharing and manage events.
