High level break-dancing requires strength, balance and flexibility.
Break-dancing is a unique style of dance that is typically inspired by and performed with hip-hop music. Most of the movements are dynamic and require a high level of balance, agility and ability to control momentum. Many moves are performed on the ground, and some require considerable strength. Mastering break-dancing takes a lot of time, training and dedication, but getting started is easy, and with consistent practice, you'll progress. Most break-dancers learn from each other rather than in formal lessons, so learning to break-dance at home is feasible.
