Learning properly lace Nike Air Force One shoes can give you a better fit.
First seen in the fashion world in 1982, the Nike Air Force One shoe takes its name from the aircraft that carries the president of the United States. The shoe soon made waves in the hip-hop fashion community and is still a popular style. Knowing lace this shoe according to the arches or width of your feet can accommodate the shape of your foot and help you lace your Air Force One shoes in a more comfortable manner.
Instructions
1. Take the lace of one shoe in your hand. Identify both ends, and thread one end down through the eyelet closest to the toe of the shoe. Thread the other end through the opposite side eyelet. Next, you will thread the laces in an overhand fashion.
2. Pull both sides of the lace until it runs straight across the two eyelets closest to the toe of the shoe. Next, take the right side of the lace and thread it through the eyelet on the opposite side, just above the bottom eyelet. Thread the shoe string under and through the eyelet. Repeat with left side and thread it through the underside of the eyelet on the right.
3. Continue to crisscross the shoe string under then over until you reach the eyelets at the top of the shoe. The shoe string should now be crisscrossed over the shoe all the way up. Repeat on the other shoe. You can now put the shoes on and adjust the laces to the desired tightness on your foot and tie to wear.
