Special portraits and pictures must be kept safe in a frame. Frames not only preserve the artist's work, but also showcase the artist's talent. Frames come in various sizes and styles. The key is to find the frame that fits your portrait the best and enhances the lines, color and images within the piece.
Instructions
1. Turn the frame upside down so that the glass is facing the table.
2. Peel tabs on the back of the frame upwards, so that you can release the cardboard backing.
3. Remove the cardboard backing to reveal the mat and glass.
4. Place mat over the portrait and line up the edges.
5. Use an artist's tape or similar product to tape the two top corners of the portrait to the mat. Turn the portrait over to ensure the mat and picture are still in place and then tape the two bottom corners.
6. Spray the glass inside and out with a glass cleaner and wipe clean with a paper towel to rid of dirt and dust.
7. Place matted portrait inside of the frame. Make sure the portrait is facing the glass.
8. Reassemble the backing. Place the backing over the backside of your portrait. Bend tabs downward and lock the backing securely into place.
9. Find the perfect place to display your portrait. Hang and enjoy.
